beautiful little soul

If there is something I can learn from this beautiful child, it must be the positive attitude that she resonates to others around her.  Despite the challenge that little M and her family is facing, having to fled from her own beloved country Syria and face uncertainties in a new country, this strong yet jubilant little sweetheart is so amazingly generous with smiles; always in her happy, chirpy mood.  There is so much love and so much happiness in her that they are so contagious: so much contentment in her eyes you could not help but let it flows in you, rejoice and be content.

Little M's cheerful and joyous character reminded me that day,
"It's what's inside you that determines your happiness, not what is outside."
Something that us adults keep forgetting.

Sometime we take things for granted, we forget to count the millions blessings Allah bestowed upon us instead focus on what we don't have.  And sometime it takes a beautiful soul like Little M to remind us of that million blessings you could never ever count.

And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.’” Surah Ibrahim, Verse 7.
